ive recieved all kinds of items from all kinds of places and never had an issue with having to pay extra fees that werent well described in the ad...
i cant think of a country i havent recieved packages from.... once the sender pays postage its on its way.....
ive noticed that its usually double the cost to cross the ocean, which is understandbale, and expected...
but who did this guy have to pay an extra 20 too?
lately ive been coming to the understanding that paypal doesnt jst forward the shipping address to the sender/seller, but actually handles the shipping tooo?
i heard from a seller the other day" paypal is taking care of the shipping" ?Last edited by The0ctopus; 06-15-2009 at 09:16 PM.

Thanked: 402Yesterday I've tried to open an account with https://www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com/
but it did not work for me.
First it stuttered for the ending .de in my emailadress
and at last (probably when it pulled my IP) it just kept hanging.
Thats a real pity because a competitor for paypal would really be due.Last edited by 0livia; 06-16-2009 at 09:20 PM.

Keep in mind though, if paypal figures out what you have going on, they may choose to bill you for all the personal transactions that you've done.
They also may try to stick you with penalties or other dubious business that they slipped somewhere in the agreement you clicked when you signed up.
If you sell very much stuff (ie: many transactions), they also may freeze the cash in your account.
