I could be wrong, but I think members tend not to post desirable auctions while they are still active. This draws more attention to the auction, often from non-members who lurk the forums, and drives up prices. I don't know that it's a big deal, but I try never to post up active auctions (except the rediculious ones that I post for a laugh or BIN's).

Yeah, I see what you mean.I wasn't sure if it was allowed (that's silly I should check with rules first in that case) it's maybe a good idea if this post is removed then? andnext time I'll try and engage my brain before I open my big mouth.

There's nothing in the rules about it (that I know of); it's just how I roll. If you are so inclined, you could edit your post and remove the link. Or not; no biggie (I'm not into sets... of German razors)
