Link just sent me to the eBay homepage.
I've got a 4/8 Puma and love it. I can't comment on that razor, because of the broken link on my end, but I like mine so much that I bough another one just like it and a 5/8 to compliment them.

It's always hard to tell from pics. One of the problems with Ebay. Now, as long as you pay with Paypal, they protect your purchase if the item is not as described, regardless of what the seller say's. Good for buyers, bad for sellers. I had to dispute a few in my day, and always got my money back. Now, That Puma looks like it will clean up nice, from what I can see. It does look to be about a 4/8th's. I got one with a strop, looked worse than that, cleaned up real nice, and a great shaver....

As others said, it is hard to judge by the picture.
In general, I like bigger blades. About half my shaves are with my 6/8 Joseph Rodgers & Sons, and the rest are divided between a 7/8 Wade & Butcher, a 5/8 Kayser & Ellison Special, and ...
...a 3/8 Puma.
I like rotating razors, in a large part, because of the different way they feel. Although it is only a 3/8, my Puma gets a lot of use. Everything else I use regularly is Sheffield, but that "Best Puma Steel" has something going for it.
