having sold on Ebay I can tell you that it's VERY hard to not know the rules of posting auctions. The have it plastered all over the place during the posting process. This guy's just scamming.

Thanked: 124I think that guys just on crack or something, or at least I hope he is. As far as I can tell he never even specified what you'll get. I guess hes supposed to give you what he thinks you should get for the amount of money you paid. I guess that would come from this research that he claims to have done.

I think one could convincingly argue that the auction was for all the razors: Listing title is razors, all the razors are described and displayed and he mentions the sale as a unit.
Getting those razors from the seller at ending price is a different thing.

Thanked: 199I actually called ebay about this auction, and the girl talked to someone familiar with auction listing terms and she said it violated their terms, and had me report it. So, if the buyer isn't happy, they will get their money back, and the seller will likely get chastised a little.
