I dont see that hes doing anything wrong. Every person or business you pay for marks stuff up. Can you get it cheaper some where else? Yes, does that make him a rip off trying to make a few extra bucks? No If people(at least in the US) are too stupid to research where to get re pinning supplies than let them pay that. A quick google search of re pinning razors will lead you here where we all know the info is readily available.
