popular razor, good pictures, good description... the seller has started it at 99c, so it's that several buyers want it more than they want the amount of money they're bidding.
may be they're stupid, may be others are too poor to afford it, or just value things differently...

i've seen far more insane biddings.

Wow! Almost a grand for an OK razor with cheap plastic scales!

my thoughts exactly. Does anyone know if this specific Fili was valued higher when it first sold? Is it somehow custom?

I have heard rumors that the Novodurs are better than other Filly's. Ultimately, that's just the opinion of whoever says it. I certainly do believe they are more rare than the DT's or EPBD's, so maybe it's Filly collectors duking it out.

It was the premier line of Filarmonica (yes, even above the EPBD). They are wonderful razors. That was about $600 higher than I expected it would bring but if the buyer is happy with it I am happy for him. It seems that the bar may have been raised on Filarmonica's yet again!

It makes me glad I got my EPBD back when I did. As much as I love that razor I would have a darn nice custom made for that price! But thats just me. If it was something someone wanted that much...good for them

Yeah, it really is disgusting. I'm sure it wont cost him more than 3.00 to ship that razor.
