Another Ebay madness
I just start ST8 on June 2010, and from that time to now prices of razor and hones became insane. This is another example:130490936130. I know
is just surface rust , can be easy buffered. Come on 499 for a Henkels, not even a Friodur, I think I will slow down Ebay for a while.

That guy is high. I'm no expert on every razor, but I don't see any reason why that razor should be listed at 499.00, unless he meant 4.99. Your correct, it's not even a Friodur....
We have assumed control !

He probably saw fillis with goldwash selling for insane amounts of money and thought all razors with gold wash are worth mega bucks.
/not saying what is or isnt worth big dollars. Just trying to get into the mind of a sellers.

I've backed off ebay for some time now. I do occasionally place a bid and sometimes win but if I win it's a sleeper and well under the average ebay prices. I prefer to go local and save.
