Default don't Say Bone on e-bay

Perhaps known by most but I just had a razor( with a bid) pulled by e-bay because I did not say cow bone but only BONE. Hope it was not one of our members bidding on this $2.50 listing. Well, I relisted with COW and hope it works.

The way around it is to say:Scales are not plastic but a beautiful whitish natural material,I know not what.

I saw a blade with ivory scales on the bay a while ago that described the scales as "real, organic faux ivory".

    Organic Faux Ivory thats good.
On another tangent,I sold a complete springfield Rifle on the bay last month, took it apart and ran about 15 separate auctions.

Let me guess - one guy won 14 of the auctions

Price-wise, how did it work out for you vs. selling the whole thing at once via another method?

you are blessed as the ebay police don't allow any fire arm parts I thought. I had a set of 12 ga. chokes de listed because of that.

As a Californian, "chokes" only have one meaning when used as a plural noun:

You think bone is bad, try selling an antique book bound with human skin. That's a description nightmare.

I'm still curious how that guy sold his virginity on ebay without it being pulled.
