Don't be to fast to give negative feedback, I got a razor that was defective from a well known ebay seller in Germany, didn't get any reaction to my emails and then all of a sudden he responded, somehow some the emails ended up lost, he informed me that a new razor was on the way and I was just to send the other one back when it arrived. Otherwise take it up with ebay, there is a good chance you will get your money back (a friend of mine has done this several times over the years and always got his money back).
