I don't understand why they wouldn't go for more. These are REAL rocks. They took millions of years to make! Who among us would do all that work if we only ended up with the smallest fraction of a cent for a whole year's work! Give Mother Nature a break, she deserves a couple of bucks for all she does.
(and if you believe that, I have a couple of rocks in my back yard that I want to sell!)

Here among others, is in Olivia's belief, a Cutler's Green. Scroll down and you will find an alleged example. Also a great place to check out other nice examples of natural rock. I say 'alleged' because I have not seen a definitive example, and Olivia's information conflicts with other literature that I have read.

Thanks for that Scipio never seen anything which has been stated as a Cutlers before but I agree that my reading on the subject doesn't exactly match that specimen.

Thanked: 480Wow, just checked out all the posts on this thread, and looked at the links hoping to see what unobtainium looks like. Heaven help me, I might HAVE one! When I bought a box of old jewelers stones, and sold off the Special Stone (before I knew what it was) I kept the pretty green stone, because it had a deep gouge in the back, and I didnt think anybody would want a damaged stone. Now I have to dig it out and lap it, just to see!
