I haven't sold on ebay for a long time, but I can remember selling something different, an audiophile LP of the Beatle's Sgt. Peppers. Not my usual fare of razors and the occasional folding knife. Anyway, I was listing 6 or 8 razors that day as well, and when I did the LP I forgot to change the category listing. Could have been the same deal here. But then again, we all have those senior moments. Some more than others.

I don't think that I expected to win this one. I'm new to bidding on Ebay and I put that bid in early. I actually expected somebody to outbid me. However, I need it more for practice than use. I will try to clean it up and hone it.

Did you put in a bid right at the end?

Naaa... It was like 3 hours before the end. I put in a bid to come out to about $10 shipped, I don't even know why. Probably because I KNEW I could clean it up lol. I was hoping someone would outbid me but I wouldn't have minded another project either. In any case if you see me bidding on a blade that you really want, send me a PM. If it's a situation like this one, I'll gladly give you the amount of my high bid so you can go 1c over lol. (*)

(*) Unless it's a blade I REALLY want for some reason, but I haven't come across too many of those.

Why don't you remember in the old days if you blew a fuse you would put a copper penny in to keep the circut going. Obviously that is what this razor is intended for to keep some old radio going when the fuse blew in it. Sounds good to me!
