Thanks to everyone for the congrats on the score.

I've bought some shave-ready razors from altima55 to get back into the swing of things and some project razors on which to practice honing - I know that the razors in this lot are beauts and I don't want to risk screwing them up.

I actually sold a bunch of my safety razors to make room for straights and to encourage me to switch to straights as my primary shaving tool.

I think I'm set for a while (although I would really like a wedge at some point) and, as I said in my earlier post, I'm really looking forward to learing more about the care and use of straights.
