Hi guys, sorry for off topic I just need small help with written English. I am confused a little. What this people saying in here

WE WILL FOR NO REASON ISSUE A PARTIAL REFUND ON ANY ITEM

Is this like, "no, no way you can get any partial refund" or "yes, just ask"?

it mean they will not issue any partial refunds. but does not mean they will not give a full refund.

Shouldn't it be "we will NOT for no reason..." ?

It seems to me like it can be read both ways..
I would suspect the first you suggest, not the latter, but I really don't feel sure..

If this is e-bay auction file claim, and if you are right e-bay will issue the refund .

As an editor, I can tell you that their meaning is "no partial refunds, under any circumstances." Had they written that sentence correctly, it would have appeared as:

"UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ISSUE A PARTIAL REFUND ON ANY ITEM"

(A double negative in one sentence is also not correct.)
