This is because the world is backwards and thinks the son should pay for the fathers indulgences. Instead of utilizing and or maintaining a material that has already been harvested while legal at that time. We should abandon all of it and let it rot. Thus making the decimation of those animals even more pointless and worthless. I understand that they are trying to protect those animals that are still living but activist take things to far and are the first to cry foul if someone comes after something they like.
