And the toe has been rounded on the one between the 4 and 5. I am glad I posted this as I was almost considering this.

Thanked: 3228That is why I mentioned it. I have made plenty of mistakes buying used razors in the short time I have been into straights but they weren't anywhere near that price range. I gotta slow down and be more critical of what I am looking at.

Thanked: 31Zero bids. I guess people weren't that interested, at least not for that price.

Thanked: 6Its a tough position. I imagine the seller had a minimum in mind but unless you start the bidding low you risk not attracting any bidders. But then if you start low, you run the risk of being forced to sell it low. Reserves help alleviate this but also deter would-be buyers.
There was recently a 7-day wusthof set that went for about $350. Amazing deal for the lucky buyer. Seller might have got burned a bit though.

Magic of getting good deals on things and reselling them for what the market will pay. Is both parties get a fair trade.
Cause at the end of the day something is only the amought someone who wants it will pay. letting Stuff run as true no reserver auctions
is the best way to buy. Cause theirs can be alot of he said she said in values and prices of stuff. And the folks who aprasile values on things for x amought.
The Fair market price is normally 10-20 percent of what they say it to be. They tend to be way high cause they not offering any money for it.

man i thinking about making him a offer.
But the major reason i am not a reseller is cause
well simply. The amought of money it would take to have blades
made of the same grade of these old ones i get good deals on.
is just pain crazy. But the economic reasons are just pain simply of why
their good deals to be had. Just cause it's such a nich market place.
Two people with money to spend have to see it that week. If only one big hitting collector sees it.
it ends at a steal which is a good deal cause that's what the market is willing to pay.
