No, why would anyone who is interested inflate that $575.00 minimum? If I wanted it, the battle would start with 15 seconds to closing.

I have been watching that auction too. It was previously listed at $625.00 and did not sell but was immediately relisted at $575.00. I would look at the second photo in the top row and check the heel on the blade 2nd from the left and also the toe on the blade 5th from the left. I may or may not be seeing things.

from left to right #2 and #4 have been modified it seems. #2 the heel, #4 the toe.Still pretty sweet set IMO.

Thank goodness you are seeing the same things I was. For a newbie like me it is hard to judge these things. That really puts me off as a 7 day set is supposed to be all matching. If it wasn't for that I would likely bid. As you say it looks pretty sweat otherwise.

And the toe has been rounded on the one between the 4 and 5. I am glad I posted this as I was almost considering this.

At least one has a crack at the pivot. I can't tell whether they are 4/8 or 5/8. If they are 4/8 I wouldn't want one let alone seven. They are rather plain jane razors. Imagine shaving with 7 razors exactly alike ..... and plain vanilla at that. I would rather buy one or two really cool Henckles, or whatever, than a set like that one. YMMV.

Good point. I will keep my plan of amassing a 7 day dubl duck shave set. two reapers, two wonderedge's, two goldedge's a satinedge. I think it will be a 5 razor set for some time.. lol

you need to get two of the 8/8 ones too.
