If you look carefully, you'll see 2 yellow coticules (I think) and a belgian blue.
For that alone, the 120 euro would be a decent price. If you buy the lot for 120 euro, then all the razors and strops and brushes are just free extras.

If you then sell the coticules, you could keep the rest without having spent any money.
