I didn't look at them that close but maybe a guy wanting to resell them might go for he lot. I never have been interested in ready made collections, takes the fun/excitement out of getting the individual pieces. Not an issue as I don't have the disposable income to have 35 more razors sitting in a drawer.

I get a kick out of buying large lots, sorting through, and then reselling. Typically I get to keep some nice pieces and actually make money in the end. But yeah, you need some upfront cash to be able to do that. I saw this lot, and love the box. I think I'm going to make a large case soon and style it off of this type.

And now there one bid on it, kinda funny since the buy it now is now gone and the bidder might loose this auction and didnt opt to use the BIN.

The razors are very nice but I would buy that just for the box if I were to bid.

the OP's link of 35 has some really nice blades... but that second link to the barber's set is just amazing.

I spotted that lot. With a buff and honed up, you'd probably average $60-$70 a razor for them. A tidy profit for someone willing to put in the time.
