SO, um, hm.
(how to say this, how to ask...)
Where, um, where would you say these razors are made?
You know, I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say it's not Germany, France, Spain, England, Italy or the USA.
Perhaps, now color me crazy, but I'm thinking somewhere closer to Pakistan, or China...
You know, I could be wrong on this. I could.
But. Probably not.

They could be NOS Polish-made, but I'd like to have a real honemeister test one before forming an opinion.

Thanked: 79I'd be interested in giving them a try, along with the hone and strop combos, but I would not be able to buy one until after the 31st, when I get paid.

Are you planning on putting up some BIN auctions or making sales off e-bay? I might be interested in giving one a test shave or three, depending on the price.

Thanked: 0Got your strop today, thanks wojeck! suprinsingly fast shipping to canada! Oh and by the way, same situation, the smoother side appears to be on the back side under the linen strap. I guess i'll sand the rough side to see what happens, what grit should i use. Worse case scenario i'll cut out the linen side. I was planning to use this strop for paste anyway so no big deal.

If they're not made in Poland then for that price I'll bet anything you want they're taking POS lessons from Pakistan.
What's your connection to these razors wojtec?

Thanked: 1I've been looking at these and noticed that there is a 9/16 and 5/8 offered. There's not much difference in size if my fractions are correct. I'm currently using a 5/8 so would it be worth getting the 9/16 for something different to try or will there be no noticeable difference in size?
