Default Facial hair change as a result of SR?

Allright, i have only shaved 2 times with my SR so far.. But im noticing a change.
Its been 1 week to the day since my last, so i have a fair bit of growth.
When i use to shave with a 5 blade, or my DE, my facial hair would come back course and kinda stiff. like you would expect of facial hair.
However, after using the SR my facial hair is very soft and gentle to the touch. its nice, but kinda weird..
Is it from using a straight? or as a result of my now using lather and aftershave..
Its no big deal, just took me by surprise.
I have also noticed, im getting more facial hair at a much faster rate now. my sparse areas are filling in rather rapidly, and i love it Always wanted the ability to grow a nice full beard, and now it looks like a good possibility!

I would attribute it to a better skin care routine. I have no doubt that whatever shaving product routine you use now is better than caned goo.

Ive been wet shaving for 10 year. 7 with a shavette, 1 with de and about 2 with a straight. Last couple weeks I noticed my beard grain change to a slight up stroke for bbs in spots. Never noticed that before so I hear ya. If Im lucky it will continue so I can do a straight up for atg as opposed to mostly right ear to left ear stroke atg.

Finally I have an explanation for the color change my whiskers have gone through over the past few years.

Is that why? I thought I was just getting old and the gray was migrating down form my head...... come to think of it, I like your explanation better

Maybe if we shave backwards it will migrate back up?
