Thanked: 0What's your go to shave set up!
Just curious what you all are using right now. Brush, cream/soap, shaver, post shave etc.

If I had to list just one of each category as my go-to set up I would get bored and find something else to do. Each day is a choice of 6 brushes, 24 razors, variations on my uber lather concoction of the day and other than Aloe Vera gel for my neck as the only regular after shave treatment another 6 balms/creams to choose from. No AS lotion, too much alcohol, irritates my Rosacea.

Impossible to answer for me.
I pick, mostly randomly, any razor that tickles my fancy whenever I go to get one.
The same goes for brush, soap/cream and everything else in this ritual.
One single item is pretty much a staple in my setup though.

Lather comprises: Palmolive shaving soap, Nivea sensitive a/s balm ( saves me putting it on later, not really it seems to slicken my lather, and I have a load to use up), glycerol, musgo cream, mineral water. All out of the fridge.
Brush is usually a franks shaving manchurian badger, but I also have a no name bristle from the chemist.
Razor is 99% of the time a j.a. Hellberg frame back.
A/s is usually brut.Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

I have 6 pucks of soap, of which I like 5. I have two tubes of cream that are great but that I just don't use because I like loading up my brush, the latter being homemade with a wonderful silvertip badger knot which I got for €12. I try to limit the amount of razors I have with a homemade razor stand that will host 12 blades, of which I 5 are my favourites.
The only go-to items are my aftershave, Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta from my girlfriend or a tube of icy Vifrex Dopobarba, and deodorant, either Old Spice or Brut, both of which I got recently when I decided I was tired of Axe. And my strop, but I have only one.I want a lather whip
