Thanked: 60I have purchased multiple times from both whippeddog and SRD and had good experiences with both. I only own 1 new razor, the rest are vintage. I prefer the vintage razors myself, and there are some nice razors to be had from the sight unseen deals. I got a nice heavy smiling Joseph Rodgers and Sons with steel scales which is one of my favorites. You won't go wrong with either of those vendors.

If you think there's a remote chance you may not like SR shaving or just not sure then go with the whippeddog route. It's the least expensive way to find out and even if you like it all the products you will get from them are usable in the long run.
