The one with replaceable blades is probably what you want to use at this point. Do not hone these, the blades are sharpened at the factory far better than you can do.
If you want a real straight razor experience you would need to get a quality straight razor and a quality strop. Often restored vintage razors can be a fair bit less expensive than new ones. It will have to be honed by somebody who is good at it because you do not have adequate hone or the experience.
