Bone scales!!!
Hi guys!
i am newbie, need some advise, i bought two Heljestrand (swedish) razor with bone scales but what kind of bone, i dont know, the color is kind of white, and the scales are very dirty and look like dead, how can i give them live, oil gonna help?

Thanked: 4828you can scrub them with toothpaste and a toothbrush, or there was an earlier post or using effordent. They actually clean fairly easy for the most part.

You would be amazed what neatsfoot oil will do for a set of bone scales....................

i am sure, they are bone , but they are rescaled, sorry for my english, i gonna take a pic.
