Thanked: 3215Nice.
Post some pics, rusting at the edge may be a sign of Cell Rot.
It also is common where someone dry-shaved the blade to test the edge and put it away without wiping the edge clean.
Either way post pics, please. Razors with history are always better.

Thanked: 1185A 4th you will remember eh ? Sounds like you got some priceless blades.
"" grandfather used the one I got to castrate hogs""" This reminds me of some times I had on my ranch. Wished I had a straight back then. If your going to eat them you have to castrate them. You can taste it in the meat. I won't tell the story here and let's just call it " Silence of the Hogs" and leave it at that. :<0)Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

I can still hear the squeals as they are lowered into... Uhhh, let's not go there.
Nice picking but I have a soft spot for Boker.

What an incredible gift and opportunity... To now have and be able to shave with your Granddad's and Dad's SR!
Certainly does not get much better than that! Enjoy those shaves!

That is great ! Now in the old days on SRP they would have said pictures or it didn't happen .....
but I won't say that myself .......
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
