Dukejuke, I also did a membership search using Denmark as my target. Attached is a current list of 31 Danish members. It also shows when they last posted. If you want to you can also PM any one of them that is a Senior Member and has recently posted. Some of them may not be active at this time. They may know of someone within Denmark that understands proper honing of a straight razor.

Hi and welcome. Congrats on the heirloom razor. Might also be a good idea to learn on something less sentimental to avoid newb mistakes damaging the razor. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask
