Have had a mustache for about 40 years, so lower. Can't remember what the upper looks like. Wife and kids have never seem it. Okay, the wife used to be able to see through it.

Check your pressure is all I could add.

Good lord... did I really ask that question?

Can have a redo on that one?

I've stopped shaving straight down on the lower lip. I always seem to either catch the tender lip skin or stall in the tough whiskers. Instead, I go diagonal on the first past, XTG on the second and ATG on the third. For the clean up, I go ATG again but with the blade flat against the skin below my lower lip and use very light buffing strokes. That spot is a critical one for me since I can feel it with my upper lip and stubble there really bothers me. Using the above technique, I get under my lip BBS virtually every time...

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
