I'm sure if she looks in the fabric stores, like Jo-Ann's, in the pattern section she should find a pattern or two in the craft section of patterns. Alternately, you could design a roll-up type with the pockets, slots and loops that you feel you would need and let her make it for you. The possibilities actually are endless and you would have a one of a kind. If no pattern exists find and show her a carpenter's roll-up that is used for storing and carrying things like chisels and screwdrivers as a starting point. Harbor freight is a good place to look for those.
