Thanked: 0first post and newbee qusetion
hello everyone
like the tittle said this is my first post. i have been a DE shaver for about two years now and am wanting to get into straight razor shaving. so as a gift my sister gave me this three razors she got at an auction. i was wanting your opinion if they would be worth sending out to be honed or should i just get a new dovo or boker that is shave ready.
the first one is a: friedr.herder abr.sohn solingen germany 72 7/8's
the second is a: friedr.herder abr.sohn solingen germany 257 6/8's
the third one is a: robenson with the razor that fits your face and its 7/8"s
all are very shinny and look in good shape.

Thanked: 3795Oh yes, they are very good. Send them out to get honed ASAP. In the mean time, find yourself a good strop.

Try shaving with all three at the same time to compare and see which one is best.
