You should give your sister a big hug Cliff ! Great set to start with. You could not wish for better quality blades.I would suggest using the smaller round tip for your early trials as the larger square tips can be more challenging around the nose and ears. Try shaving with all three at the same time to compare and see which one is best.

SRD has quite a few in that price range in both 2" and 3".

SRD strops are a great value. They stand behind their products and are fast to ship. Can't go wrong with any of the ones they sell. I have 2 of theirs a long English bridle and a red latigo.....just can't beat them IMHO
