    The best quality and forestal shave the same. They may even have the same blade blank in them. The price difference is in the scales and blade etching. The best quality has plastic scales, the forestal has cocobolo scales, larger brass pins, and blade etching.

    If you are choosing one of those two to begin with, I'd go with the best quality because it is cheaper. It is real easy to mess up your first razor by banging it into the sink, dropping it because your hands are slippery, knocking it onto floor, and other accidents.
