I wish you luck in your search but can't help thinking this is sort of like asking a football forum about hockey. While some folks here know a thing or two about cutlery, it's a pretty specialized group focused on razors and other shaving 'stuff'.

Anyway, I hope that I am wrong and that you find the info you are looking for.
