Thanked: 95Most days less than 15min, but some days -> 25min, it's all down to how good the shave has to be(BBS or not)

I'm currently in the 20 minute neighborhood. I think I could do it a little faster, but I don't want to risk it. Same amount of time shaving... bout a month.

Thanked: 0I take about 20-25 minutes.
But I'm never in a rush, and take my time lathering, shaving and cleaning up.
As already stated the more experience you get the easier and quicker it gets, but as Kenrup mentioned, don't try to force or you will end up taking longer or worse you'll end up bleeding.

20-25' for me, 2.5 weeks into it. It's actually easier for me to do 2 WTG passes before going XTG--it actually takes less time than trying to do the same small area 6 times! Now if I could just get that one spot on my neck!!! And the bottom of my chin!

10 minutes with a goatee, a little over 15 without one. I don't see anything wrong with 20 minutes.

But you have a full beard and only shave a 3 square inch area on each of your cheeks, right? LOL
Seriously, I wonder how many 10-15 minute guys are sporting some level of facial hair.
I gauge my shave time from when I first step into the bathroom until when I finally leave; so this encompasses strop, shower, prep, shave, clean up, tooth brushing. From start to finish I'm still a good 45 minutes to an hour if my razor isn't as sharp as it should be and requires stropping mid shave.
I'd like to get the entire process down to under 30 min but I'm not there yet. I enjoy shaving now, but at the same time, the length of time it's taking me so far can get a bit much and ends up decreasing the overall enjoyment factor. I know I'll get faster as time goes along. I have been shaving with a straight off and on since Oct of last year.
