it would be really nice to take a local newbie and teach him or her to hone a razor it is a skill that is reasonably difficult to get the hang of without proper instruction i worked in a machine shop for 5 years and sharpened many tools but none required the light touch as a straight razor does

Yes guys, Bud is for real. He started way back on the Yahoo forum and I believe he is making a sincere offer. If I recall correctly Bud was working on getting his American MD degree, he was already a doctor in another country and immigrated here. It was after he got that that his time became very limited.
