    Default Local Barbers

For others who come across this thread, there is always a chance a local barber (usually the old-timers, of course) might have some blades lying around. I have seen that recommendation elsewhere in these forums, and it is how I got my prized possession, a Filarmonica that would probably go for two hundred on Ebay. Yikes...!

I told the barber its worth and he wanted it back.

I countered that keeping the tradition alive was worth more and begged him not to make me.

We laughed...well, I did. Then I scurried out the door before he could stop me!
