To start a new thread, first make sure that you are in the site's forums by clicking the tab, "Forums."


Then get into the forum, "Newbie's Corner" by clicking that link from the list of forums:


Finally, start a new thread in the Newbie's Corner by clicking the orange button "New Thread" near the upper left of the window:
