Do you really have to send it to the hones with one wrong stroke on the strop? I've had quite a few wrong strokes with the little experience I have.

Well it probably helped it a bit.. on the first stroke with linnen the spine wasnt touching the strop at all.. when I shaved I found that the razor wasnt as sharp as I liked it and as it was only the second or third shave.... so I guess it was just that single stroke that messed it up for me.. I'm just going to touch it up a bit or I might just strop it on CrO.. I will shave with another razor in the mean time..
