Thread: Tried first str8 shave, razor stuck in hair

This is just an opinion.Is it a wedge? He stated he has a thick heavy beard growth.Only a thought

I got his razor tonight and it is in surprisingly good condition. It actually had a pretty good bevel on it, which was a surprise for a craigslist razor, but the edge had a lot of micro-chipping and pitting that had to be removed. Aside from being new to the sport, hat was likely the reason that he had trouble shaving with it.

It's a full hollow, in that it has a ground belly, but a fairly stiff one. It's likely about a V on the Henckel's scale.
