Free Wapiernn... Wapinecii....um... Free Polish Razor !
Are you a newb?
Are you looking for your first razor?
Just say so and I'm going to send you a free Wapi (non SFK), shave ready, and some diamond on a stick to touch it up.
The diamond is on a rather plain piece of wood like a cedar shim, both sides, and grits are 1 micron and half micron.
If you have more than 2 razors already don't respond.
I'm looking for newbs, not to feed your RAD.
If you bought the Zeepk six pack you can still respond
BTW, this is only one.
First response wins.Last edited by gratewhitehuntr; 05-06-2009 at 02:49 PM. Reason: non SFK triangle model !!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent gesture! This is a fine example of why I like this forum and the people that populate it!
Superfluous to write: this is not an application.

Thanked: 293Man did I miss the boat. You couldn't have done this two weeks ago LOL?
I have a Robert Klass and a W&B 11/16. I've been shaving with them for about 3-4 weeks. Still, I have to defer to somebody who needs this more than I do. Thanks for the great gesture!

actually while I was away I have outfitted some number of people with eq and had to come up with a good way to keep their razors sharp until they got a hone/learned to use it.
cedar shims are
1 cheap
2 easy to lap flat
3 soft and open grain = holding the paste well
4 long enough to get a good stroke
5 narrow enough for smiling blades
as a newb I wondered for a very long time what diamond would do for my edges but couldn't run out and buy something from Tony Miller.
I wish I had even one of these admittedly low "OOOhhh factor" pasted strops from the word go.
Actually, I used one last night on my favorite boker.
(TM is a great guy BTW, not knocking him, his stuff is super nice and that is why I used him as an example)
