I think you need to just practice a bit. But before that happens I'd like to suggest that you hold the razor still . . . think about what you want the blade to do, then purposefully do it.

Although the way your doing it is not wrong, the blade is flashing around all over your face for no reason at all.

You can cut down like half your shaving time by simply learning what strokes come next,with what grip, and in what direction. There is no need to flash the blade around like a butterfly knife.
