Thread: My new razor...

Hello all,
I am new to the forums and new to the world of straight shaving. I just purchased my first razor today on eBay, and won't be getting it in for a few days, but I was wondering what you experienced shavers think. I paid about $22 for it. I fell in love with it first sight, and now I know I'll be starting a collection. I was just wondering if I got close to my money's worth. Also, it says that it is "shave ready", but I would like to take every step to ensure this is correct...any suggestions for care/etc.?

BTW: I did a little research on the Clauss razors, and I haven't been able to find any info on models with Rosewood Handles, can anyone shed light as to why it seems so hard to find them online?
