    It does?

Seriously, look through the classifieds for a good razor. You can find some great razors at very attractive prices. You can also contact some of our great vendors for reasonably priced new razors which are shave ready. Kenrup (a member) sells great starter sets at good prices. SRD also has very nice razors at excellent prices. And both sources provide the razor as shave ready.

Unless you know what you are doing and what to look for, I highly recommend steering clear of ebay to get a razor at a bargain price. It will cost you a whole lot more than just the price of the razor to get it prepped, especially if it needs work. Or you may find that razor may have to get tossed as being useless.
