Thread: Barber College Student case

I really didn't know where to put this so being still quite new I figured here. I know this is SRP but there are razors in this case. Someone showed me this Student case from the Knoxville Barber College today I don't know everything that's suppose to be in there but there is a text book 2 set of scissors electric shears, small str8, Hair razor, a IL. strop (that's never been used) and all sorts of other things. Any idea what something like this would be worth? Any idea who would want something like this? Who could I talk with about it. All I know is it"s from the late 60's. Help please.

Really cool find! As nun2sharp said, I've not a clue what the value is but it is really unique and appears to be in excellent shape!

Thanks(I haven't bought it yet though), to me it looks like it has never been used or was used very little. The little str8 shows signs of honing but that's it. No goop in the pivot no rust or wear.

If I'm not mistaken, Morris & Co. also made the Red Imp's for a time.

Looks like the razor was designed for hair shaping not shaving just going by the print on the box however you would have to examine the edge and the grind and all that to see if it could be used for shaving. No idea as to the value either. Just put it up on Eboy and let the market decide.

I've seen several threads in which people, especially first time posters, would ask "how much is this razor worth?" and a moderator has stepped in and pointed out that such discussions were not allowed except in general terms. Maybe I'm wrong.
