    Default New to straights

    Hey there, newbie checking in.

I've always been fascinated with straight razors and their simple form and effective function.

I've recently ordered this antique short blade straight razor.
Not sure of the brand name, as it is stamped Maw , son & Sons.

    Size info from seller:

    Overall blade is 4 ''.. Actual shaving area is 2 1/4 ''
    Fully extended 7 '' long , Folded 4 1/2 ''
