    Welcome!

Like Deryan said any questions feel free to ask. Our members are very helpful and knowledgeable and not just about razors.

Can we know your gear(razor, soap, brush) and shave routine(shower, stropping, passes) we might be able to make some suggestions.

Welcome to SRP. Ask questions they will usually get answered or directed where they need to be. Also don't forget the WIKI it is full of useful information It helped me a lot. Good luck and again welcome.

Welcome to SRP! +1 on the advice given already and as for wanting to know about your gear, we are kind of weird that way.

Welcome to SRP James! Don't forget to browse through the Straight Razor Place Wiki . It has some great straight razor info and help. The road to being an 'expert' in straight razor shaving is practice. Keep at it and you will be there before you know it. You will also find, as with most things in life, the learning will never end.

    Good luck!
