    I don't know the specifics of the steels Dovo uses, but in my opinion some of their razors shave better than others. It could be related to the steel, or it could be related to something else. The price tag doesn't always correlate with how a razor shaves.
    If you're looking for value a good place to save money is 'new' and cosmetically perfect. But that may not be something you want to give up.
