The best thing to do is call the vendor on the telephone and explain your dissatisfaction. Most all of the vendors are happy to work with their customers and make it right if the problem is the razor. Read my sig to avoid cuts and nicks.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
