Thanks for all the replies. I only do two passes on my neck (WTG & ATG) but will do three on my cheeks. It's really my neck that is the biggest problem, so I'll have to relook at my technique, angle, and pressure.

I also usually strop, then lather, then shave...all after I shower. I'll try lather, strop, relather, shave next time and see if that helps too.
