    I'm assured by many folks that my 2" red latigo strop is entirely adequate and sufficient, and 2 and a half is luxurious. It certainly seems to me that it's plenty and I've not wished for more. I think a large heavy razor might be more demanding, but mine isn't.

    the leather may be quite good, but i'm rather skeptical about the design. looks like it would be awfully prone to cupping.
