Ebay has always been my court of last resort. My best decision making isn't done during an auction. I have If you can't find what you need here in the classifieds I would purchase a strop from one of the vendors who support this site. There are "starter strops" that are less expensive if you want to go that route.

    Great

Then, are you in the market for another strop (to get very soon, cheaply) and wanted to try something else, other than SRD? or.....just looking on the bay for a hell of it (which I must admit, I do sometimes too )?

From the OP, it almost sounded that you wanted something very quickly...am I wrong?

Little of both, but I do want another one on account of my current one having been hacked up whilst i was teaching myself (I tend to turn the blade before coming to a full stop while stropping and that sometimes results in big ol' nicks.)

Ken Rup at http://ruprazor.com sells an entry level strop for $20 (includes shipping) that is quite good. I have a couple of them and recommend them highly.
